El plan de trabajo incluye rodajes controlados RN40\u2013RN9, pasadas a 3.400 m s. n. m., fuerza espec\u00edfica (cuestas\/descensos) y prevenci\u00f3n lesional (cadera\u2013core), con foco en mantener <strong>ritmo objetivo<\/strong> a menor costo fisiol\u00f3gico.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cCon esta carrera cierro el a\u00f1o y <strong>encaro Espa\u00f1a<\/strong> con el plus de altura que estaba buscando\u201d, remarc\u00f3 Gaspar.
